1. Insert the needle into the space between the air channel and the outer wall of the oil tank. When the atomizer is vertically oriented,
Fill the oil tank with oil through the needle. Do not fill the oil tank more than 95% of its capacity. The temperature when filling should not exceed 125 degrees Fahrenheit (about 50 degrees Celsius).
And pay attention to the oil injection speed not being too fast. Refer to the oil injection speed (14mm/S). This will allow the air in the oil tank to escape and prevent the generation of bubbles.
2. Install the silicone and mouthpiece within 90 seconds after filling the oil. (Failure to install the silicone and mouthpiece within 90 seconds after filling the oil may cause oil leakage or blockage).
3. After installing the mouthpiece, please leave the product for 1-2 hours and wait for the oil temperature to drop to room temperature (otherwise it will cause risks such as oil leakage)
4. After the oil temperature drops to room temperature, the next step of packaging can be carried out.
5. Please strictly follow the above operations. If you need to store the product after completion, please store the product upside down until ready for retail.
6. The atomizer should be left standing upright for at least 30 minutes before use. Let the e-liquid slowly soak into the atomizer core until the atomizer core is saturated to avoid dry burning.
